一、秋天，是面料最难伺候的季节01 · Autumn, the season when fabrics are hardest to please

秋风一起，面料就开始“闹脾气”。薄的飘、厚的硬、弹的一碰就跑位。而秋装上新、双十一备货、冬装打样，排单表一张比一张密。整条生产链上，最先撑不住的，往往就是裁剪车间。

Once the autumn wind arrives, fabrics start acting up. Thin ones drift, heavy ones stiffen, and stretchy ones shift at a touch. Autumn launches, Singles' Day stockpiling and winter sampling make the schedule denser week by week. Along the whole line, the cutting room is usually the first to buckle.

Some stretch, some are stiff, some carry adhesive. In one workshop you cut sweatshirts in the morning and trench coats in the afternoon — changing fabric more often than changing blades.

厚得实在 ｜ 毛呢、羊绒双面呢、粗纺、羊羔绒、羽绒胆布Genuinely thick — wool, double-faced cashmere, woollens, sherpa, down-proof lining

层数堆不上去，切口起毛、拉丝，一刀下去歪了就只能返工。再叠上秋季干燥带来的静电、早晚温差引起的面料回潮率变化，滑移、粘连、变形、毛边轮番上阵。裁剪这道工序，就这样成了秋季产能的减速带。

Layers cannot be stacked high enough, edges fray and pull, and one crooked cut means rework. Add static from dry autumn air and the moisture-regain swings of day-night temperature gaps, and slipping, sticking, distortion and frayed edges take turns. Cutting becomes the speed bump of the autumn season.

二、小麦的答卷：三个“不挑”02 · Xiaomai's answer — three “no-picks”

专利动力展平装置，把面料展平、把内卷布边翻出来；配松紧自动跟踪装置，紧了自动调松、松了自动调紧。高弹、轻薄、卷边这类最难铺的料，反而是我们最拿手的场景。X7 系列更搭载 AI 智控，面料识别、松紧调节、视觉对边全部自动完成，印花布、复合布自己认、自己调张力。

The patented powered flattening device smooths the fabric and rolls inward-curling selvedges back out; automatic tension tracking loosens when tight and tightens when loose. Highly elastic, ultra-thin and curling materials — the hardest to spread — are exactly where we are strongest. The X7 series adds AI control: fabric recognition, tension adjustment and visual edge alignment are fully automatic, so printed and laminated fabrics are recognised and tensioned by the machine itself.

不挑厚薄No picking on thickness

铺布端单拉最高 280mm、双拉 230mm；裁床端最高裁剪厚度 8cm。薄针织能铺上百层，厚毛呢、汽车内饰厚料也照样一刀到底——铺多厚，先跟裁切高度对齐，不让布白铺。

On the spreading end, single-pull stacks up to 280mm and double-pull up to 230mm; on the cutting end, cutting thickness reaches 8cm. Thin knits can run to a hundred layers, while heavy wool and automotive interior materials still cut through in one pass — align the stack height with what the cutter can handle, and no fabric is spread for nothing.

不挑工艺No picking on process

单拉、双拉、对折铺、分段定长、无张力松布、圆筒布——六种铺布方式按面料自由切换；常做的面料一次性存进机器，30 种面料记忆，换款调个名字就行，小批量多品种最省事。

Single pull, double pull, folded, segmented fixed-length, tension-free relaxation and tubular fabric — six spreading modes switch freely with the material. Frequently used fabrics are stored once, with memory for 30 fabrics; for a new style, simply call up the name. Ideal for small-batch, multi-variety production.

三、撑住“不挑”的，是四项硬技术03 · Four hard technologies behind the “no-picks”

01 床身：一辆坦克，藏掉一个烟囱01 · Bed: a tank that hides a chimney

高强度钢结构床身，经 -25kPa 真空、连续 100 万次循环耐压测试，无焊缝脱落、无变形。专利的“烟囱消失术”把消音器与床身融合，收料区视线一览无余、台面清爽；PrimeForce TubeCooling 隐藏式散热系统 0.75kW 强制风冷，走结构型材内腔进出气，床身无可视散热孔，真空泵噪音完全封闭。

A high-strength steel bed passes -25kPa vacuum and 1,000,000 continuous pressure cycles with no weld separation and no deformation. The patented “disappearing chimney” merges the silencer into the bed, keeping the receiving area completely open and the surface clean. The PrimeForce TubeCooling hidden cooling system uses 0.75kW forced air cooling routed through the structural profile cavities: no visible vents on the bed, and vacuum-pump noise fully enclosed.

02 刀与磨刀：0.3 秒，磨出更平直的刃口02 · Blade and sharpening: a straighter edge in 0.3 seconds

6000rpm 专利振动箱，旋转部件 ISO G2.5 动平衡，完全消除一阶振动，高频下依然稳、依然静；齿轮箱沿用常规开合方式，内部组件好装好换，维护不用把机器停太久。磨刀走砂轮凹磨路线：刀刃更锋利、更平直，刀背更宽不易断刀，比砂带磨刀更耐用；0.3 秒完成一次磨刀，另配刀宽检测。两种裁刀规格，按面料选。

A 6000rpm patented vibrating box with rotating parts balanced to ISO G2.5 eliminates first-order vibration entirely — stable and quiet even at high frequency. The gearbox keeps a conventional opening method, so internal components are easy to fit and replace without stopping the machine for long. Sharpening follows the grinding-wheel concave method: a sharper, straighter edge and a wider blade back that resists breakage, outlasting belt sharpening; one sharpening takes 0.3 seconds, with blade-width detection. Two blade specifications, chosen to suit the fabric.

03 真空：漏气工况下，还能吸得住03 · Vacuum: still holding under leakage

超级多级离心真空风机，可选 22kW / 30kW / 37kW / 45kW 多种功率组合，最高到 IE5 能效。相比其他品牌，最大真空 1.5 倍、最大流量 1.2 倍；最关键的一条是——最大流量下（也就是裁到后面开始漏气的工况）的真空保持能力，是其他品牌的 3 倍。大片裁掉、台面漏气，别家吸不住了，我们照样把面料牢牢按在工作面上。配旋风＋滤筒二合一过滤器，带滤筒（芯）清洁提示：清洁周期是其他品牌过滤器的 3 倍，不用等吸不住了才发现。

A super multi-stage centrifugal vacuum fan is available in 22kW / 30kW / 37kW / 45kW combinations, up to IE5 efficiency. Against other brands, maximum vacuum is 1.5× and maximum flow 1.2×; most importantly, vacuum retention at maximum flow — the leaking condition as large pieces are cut away — is 3× that of other brands. When big pieces are gone and the table starts leaking, others lose suction while we still press the fabric firmly onto the working surface. A cyclone plus cartridge two-in-one filter with cleaning alerts: cleaning intervals are 3× those of other brands' filters, so you are never caught out by lost suction.

04 大脑：EVOLUTIO 智能裁剪操作系统04 · Brain: the EVOLUTIO intelligent cutting system

• ICC 高效刀智能纠偏：高层裁剪中时刻保持裁刀垂直切割，面料上下分毫不差。ICC intelligent blade correction keeps the blade cutting vertically throughout high-layer cutting, so top and bottom layers match exactly.
• 边走边裁：过窗时随面料移动持续裁剪，画册实测裁剪时间最快达 1.3 倍。Cut-while-moving: cutting continues as the fabric advances through the window, with measured cutting time up to 1.3× faster.
• 智能对称裁：深 V 或对称图形自动识别、自动对称下刀，深 V 不伤片。Intelligent symmetrical cutting: deep-V or symmetrical shapes are recognised automatically and cut symmetrically, without damaging the pieces.
• 弧线圆滑：弧线路径自动插补优化，裁剪速度自动调整，弧线剪裁更光滑。Smooth curves: curve paths are automatically interpolated and optimised, with cutting speed adjusted for cleaner curved cuts.
• 共边裁剪：1mm 以内的平行轮廓视为公共边，一次下刀完成多片，省掉跳片与重复裁剪。Common-edge cutting: parallel contours within 1mm are treated as a shared edge, so one pass completes several pieces and skips and repeat cuts are eliminated.
• 智能压刀与 0 间隙裁剪：裁片靠得再近，换个下刀提刀位置也不伤片。Intelligent blade press-down and zero-gap cutting: however closely the pieces are nested, changing the plunge position does not damage them.
• 小裁片优先：分区优先裁小片、窄片，智能优化下刀点与方向，避免大片先裁后真空衰减把小片裁坏。Small pieces first: zones are prioritised for small and narrow pieces, with plunge points and directions optimised so that small pieces are not ruined by vacuum decay after large pieces are cut.
• 临片减速、临边减速：靠近相邻裁片或布料边缘自动开启减速精裁，该快的地方快，该慢的地方慢。Slow-down near pieces and edges: cutting slows automatically for precision near adjacent pieces or fabric edges — fast where it should be fast, slow where it should be slow.
• 故障排除向导：机器报什么，屏幕就教你怎么处理，你自己就是维修专家。Troubleshooting wizard: whatever the machine reports, the screen shows you how to handle it — you become your own service expert.

四、比“不挑”更值钱的，是三个“不断”04 · Worth more than the “no-picks”: three “non-stops”

不断刀No blade breakage

砂轮磨刀刀背更宽不易断刀，再配断刀检测——断刀即停，不伤面料、不废布层。

Grinding-wheel sharpening leaves a wider blade back that resists breakage, backed by blade-break detection — the machine stops the instant a blade breaks, with no damaged fabric and no wasted layers.

不断点No broken run

断点续裁。按键暂停、触发急停，甚至断（停）电，都能从断点衔接继续，已经裁好的部分不用再裁一遍。

Break-point resume: after a keyed pause, an emergency stop or even a power cut, cutting continues from the break point — already-cut parts need never be cut again.

不断线No line stoppage

铺布机＋随动传送带＋智能裁床三件套联动：铺完即裁，中间不落地、不搬料。传送带用伺服电机输送、与裁床同步联动，加强型材稳固耐用、附着性强不打滑，送过去的布不起折、不尾斜；配套的专利电轨噪音低、经久耐用。整线节奏不断——这是比拼单台机器更值钱的一步。

Spreader + follow-up conveyor + intelligent cutter act as one set: cut immediately after spreading, with no re-handling in between. The conveyor is servo-driven and synchronised with the cutter, on reinforced profiles that grip firmly without slipping, delivering fabric without creases or skew; the patented rail is quiet and built to last.
